@ DVDA rendering questions
I have a couple of questions about using DVDA3. I get the impressing from reading in the forum that the prefered way to render a project in Vegas for use in DVDA is to render it as a DVDA stream & a separate AC3 stream. I know that going this route you get the benefit of fit to disk option.
What I can’t see unless I’m missing something very basic is why you would want to go this route since it appears that if you do you loose most options related to encoding quality. I can’t see any way to specify that you want the project rendered out using progressive scan, asking for 2 pass in lieu of one, whether you wish good quality or best quality? What am I missing?
A second question about using DVDA if I may. Can you drag in 2 different MPEG2 files that were encoded using different bit rates & use them in DVDA without the files being re rendered. I was thinking along the lines of having the main video being best quality & say an extra file being of lesser quality.
Thanks in advance
