  DVD Menu with Black Bars on top and bottom

  I have a menu that plays a video. When the video is done playing its linked to the 2nd menu. The 2nd menu uses the last frame from the previous video as its background, this way its seamless. I made the 2nd menu frame into a 30 second clip (its a still) so that it would match my background music in time. Anyway Everything works BUT MY SECOND MENU HAS BLACK BARS ON THE TOP AND THE BOTTOM OF MY MENU! When i switch between both menus they match up seamlessly accept for the black bars on the top and the bottom. What gives with the bars on the top and bottom in my menu?
