DVD Menu creation
Posted by Christopher Rotter on December 2, 2006 at 9:40 pmHello, in sony vegas can you create a menu for your DVD ? And can you enable auto play from within vegas before exporting it out from vegas?

December 3, 2006 at 12:53 amSorry but no. While you can create the video for an animated menu in Vegas, any DVD menus, autoplay or other DVD features are created in DVD Architect (or whatever DVD authoring app you may use).

December 3, 2006 at 1:02 amOh, do you have any tutorials on creating a menu in vegas. And you wouldn’t happen to know any good freeware (or relitivly cheap) DVD authorizing programs. At the moment I won’t be doing much DVD authorizing but it may increase down the road.

December 3, 2006 at 1:35 am….and you can also create your chapter points in Vegas before rendering.
If you have Vegas, you should also have gotten DVD Architect at the same time. They’re usually sold as a package.
