DVD Encore – remote menu problem!
I have a project with a First Play and then 2 menus with different clips established with a video button. I actually made a diffferent project with
just the line banner button with the clips linked to them.
The first play clip works fine – The 1st. menu comes up and the 1st. clip has it’s select arrow highlighted. It will play. The problem is, I cannot get my DVD remote menu to activate the other buttons. None of the remote down -up – over etc., will move to any of the other buttons to select them to play.
I have tried two seperate DVD players with the same results. If I play the DVD in my computers, they work great. When I mouse over the buttons, the select arrows work fine. I can jump between the menus just fine.Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check your button routing…sounds like something is off. If necessary, you may need to manually route the buttons.

Thank you for your info. I checked the routing. I had automatic
routing on but it did nothing. I turned it off, set the routing manually and tried again to nothing happening. I then went back in
an turned automatic routing back on, leaving the manual setting on.
That seemed to work. I find Encore a bit odd to work with.
Directions via manaual leave a bit to desire.Thanks again for the input.
