DVD Architect Pro 5.2 – Audio Media is not compliant with the disc format
Having weird random issues with .wav and .ac3 audio in a Blu-ray Pal DVD Architect Pro project. Win 7 64.
3 movies consisting:- First play, motion menu with loop point, main menu
In Optimise Disc, One of the 3 audio files has a green tick and is fine, the other two have a yellow exclamation mark and a Recompress is required.
I have tried replacing the audio files with dozens of known compliant .ac3 and .wav files of stock menu audio I have used for years and previous project assets which havent required transcoding with DVDitProHD (Blu-ray) and DVDSP (DVD).
I’ve tried all the .ac3 bit rates also 16 bit 44.1kHz and 48kHz .wav. Most files need re compressed, some are OK. I have also tried changing the project settings from PCM to AC3 and different settings. I have been unable to find a common factor to explain why some are OK and other files of the same spec are not. I wonder if its a 32 bit v’s 64 bit codec issue and related to the program creating the file.
Has anyone found any explanation?
Although, this is the least of my worries since the Blu-ray build is stopped by the following error:-
At the end of rendering main movie audio – “An error occurred while preparing compilation”
File name STREAM/00000.m2ts
Status: TSWrapper.dll::CTSWrapper::ProcThreadMain::This program has a bug. -m_ptsOfNextGOP is empty.Regards
Mark
