DVD Architect crash?
Whenever i go to ‘make dvd’ in dvd architect my whole pc crashes, everytime.
Can anyone help me with why this is?

Ive reinstalled it & still as soon as i click “make dvd” the program says ‘not responding’ & my whole pc crashes 🙁

Sounds like its conflicting with some other burning/authoring
software you may have installed….
Do you have any other of these installed,and what are they if any?Also is this problem just started happening or is this the first

This is the first run, i don’t have any other dvd authoring progs installed, actually i have videoredo which does have an author?
I thought maybe the priority affected it so i set dvd architect to high priority in processes but still crashes. Im baffled.
ITs works on my laptop its just my pc that really doesnt like it, i suppose its not THAT bad as it works on my laptop but im puzzled as to why my pc doesnt like it?

Unless i have to specify in architects settings its all fine?
When i click “make dvd” onmy laptop it gives me options to make files, write or burn, but on my pc it just freezes & crashes…

Uninstall videoredo and as Charles said make sure the DVD drive
you have is installed and functioning correctly….Then see what
happens. (Something is causing this conflict).Steve Rhoden

uninstalled videoredo, restarted, & it still crashes, i also disconnected the net as my laptop isnt on the net so thought that may be the issue but same story.
At least it does work on my laptop which means i can actually make the dvd which is the main issue, its just strange it doesnt work on my more powerful pc…

It seems to be working fine on my laptop, but im rendering right now and its taking ages, its on 97% and been rendering for over an hour… is this normal?
Also is there anyway to render straight to ISO?

DVD Architect crashes when trying to burn a DVD. The computer still runs but can not restart or shut off.
