DVD Architect burns an oversaturated red video
Ok so I am having a problem with my burned blu-rays and DVDs. From Vegas pro 11 I use the blu-ray 1920×1080 60i 25mbps MPEG-2 template and set the quality to high, then render the audio to ac-3 studio. Then i build my blu-ray in DVD Architect 5.2, no re encoding or compressing takes place to build the blu-ray. The big issue that I am having is when I play the burned blu-ray on my br player the colors are tinted a reddish orange and the contrast is boosted a bit. This is not how the video looks in vegas preview or even when i play the MPEG-2 file or an mp4 version on my computer. The same thing happens with DVDs as well.
Am I doing something wrong, could it be the disks that i am using. I use the Kodak Brand BD-R and Verbatim DVD-R Discs. I have played with the color on my tv and that dose not help any. Has anyone had the same been and able to fix this issue. -

Have you tried playing the discs on a different TV or even on a computer? DVD Architect wouldn’t be changing the color or contrast at all, especially if there was no re-encoding. What you put into it is what comes out.
Does changing the TV settings alter the image at all? If not, I’d definitely suspect something wrong there. It should do something even if it doesn’t give you the image you want.
Another thought is that the computer on which you created the disc may be the problem. The off-color may have already been in the video, but if your computer’s monitor is not calibrated correctly, you may not have noticed anything was wrong. I would start by re-calibrating the monitor. Windows has such a tool, but I’m sure others here more professional than I can suggest a program / method more suitable for video work.

I am having this issue as well. The video has a much higher dynamic range when viewed in DVD Architect Pro as apposed to the reddish/contrasted burnt disc.
