We are working in a complicated project and the sequence or better the project settings are set at 720p 59.94 DVCPRO HD and we have two layers of video. we will will need to output the movie in HDCAM tape:
1-is it possible to output direct from FCP to HDCAM deck ? or do we need to cross convert first.
2-we are using Kona LHe, should we rent a Kona 2 or 3 card to do real time cross conversion ? or is it any way to do it from LHe ?
3- and the deck should it be set at 29,97 or other frame rate ?
4-also there will be a 5.1 surround sound encoded tracks, I think with Dolby codex, the audio mixer is going to bring those to us. is any special setting to tweak?

    All the best,
