DVCPro 50 deck issues
Hello
I’m having an issue with setting up a DVCPro 50 deck to digitize through final cut. Set the deck up but the viewer only shows jumpy green lines. Have my device preset on DVCPro HD, but it does the same thing on Firewire Basic. My codec is set on Aja Kona 3: 720p 59.94 DVCPro HD. Also, if I try DVCPro50 NTSC it gives a bunch of snow. Anyone got any suggestions?

DV50 is not DVCPRO HD

That’s completely incorrect. DV50 is standard definition. It is not high definition.

You’re not using the correct easy setup.
