    Hi,
I’ve got dv50 footage, but as I know Microsoft doesn’t support dv50 codec, PPRO can’t even capture dv50. I hope guys, you’ll suggest something how to edit dv50 on PPRO without any quality lose. Thanx!

[somalinis] “I’ve got dv50 footage, but as I know Microsoft doesn’t support dv50 codec”

It has nothing to do with what microsoft supports, if you want to use DVCpro50 with Ppro you need a codec plug-in, One will either come with a add-on card or you can buy a plug-in pack from someone like Main Concept: https://www.mainconcept.com/site/index.php?id=525

Because they are not licensing the codec you need a third party codec pack like mentioned above.

Raylight can edit DVCPRO50 in Windows, using PPro 1.5/2.0 or Vegas.
