DV to Flash FCP workflow
I originally pasted a laboriously long post in FCP Basics forum here
Basically, I have a DVX-200 shooting 480p and a GL2 shooting 480i with intent for flash video for the web. I was taught to do everything in DV NTSC (capture, sequence, & export). Additionally I am adding After Effects projects, Illustrator and Photoshop files, and Livetype and Motion projects into the mix. I used Flash Encoder to do the de-interlacing.
But now what I would like to do is shoot, capture, sequence, and export with progressive in mind. So what I want to know is what kinds of capture presets and sequence and export settings should I use for our Web only content.
