DV Matte Blast HELP!
I saw the thread on trasparent background, but also saw three different answers. I have DV matte blast and am trying to export a key without the background color. DV matte has a good tutorial, but didn’t come with any instructions. I am a novice in motion and would like to export my keyed DV footage with a transparent background so I can lay backgrounds in FCP.

Save it out as a quicktime animation format and choose millions +.

another way of doing this is:
when you export
choose export preset: Lossless+Alpha Movie
and it should do it…
