  DV codec

  This is sort of a basic question but I am going to ask it anyway. I am editing a program coming from SD DVCAM. My final output is going to be for the web. I have run into problems with jagged scan lines etc with codec especially on output. What codec do you recommend using for input and then what codec would you recommend for output to get the highest quality clip? And then what settings for output – field, color range, deinterlaced etc?
