DV capture to Final Cut Pro 7 on MacBook Pro impossible

Hello, please help me :

I connect my MacBook Pro OS 10.6.8 to DSR 11, cassettte Mini DV, then I click List and Capture, there is a message telling me that NO Video Tape Reader have been connected to my MacBook Pro.(Mys DSR 11 is connected !!!)
I Quit FCP
I trash Preferences wit Preference Manger :
I open FCP
then I click List and Capture,
NO EFFECT, the same as previousy.2/
I quit FCP again
I trash Preferences wit Preference Manger :
I disconnect DSR 11 and replace by the camera HVX 200, with MiniDV play back.
NO EFFECT, the same as previousy.Please help

Are you using a DV/NTSC Easy setup? Or DV/PAL?

FCP grabs the firewire ports when it launches, it doesn’t like it if you connect a firewire device whilst FCP is running. Try connecting the DSR 11, switch it on and then launch FCP. It should then see the deck or camera when you go to log and capture.
From the Apple menu go to “about this Mac” >More info
Go to Firewire.
Any connected firewire devices should be listed, if not then you have a faulty cable or Firewire port. -
