    Dust On Lens

    Hi,

    I am considering purchasing Vegas Pro 9. Very new to video as I am primarily a photographer.

    I did a series of interviews yesterday and when I looked at them at home last night, I say dust specs on the lens.

    Adobe Premiere Elements 7 (what I have now) does not seem to fix this problem or I am not smart enough to figure it out. Seems like a good time to get something a bit more professional.

    Considering Premiere CS4 but like the look of Vegas.

    Can anyone shed some light on how the hell I get rid of those specs in post?

    Although I haven’t seen how your artefacts look, I can say dat the BCC DUST AND SCRATCHES filter, which is e.g present in BorisFX, does a good job. Boris FX is a plugin for Vegas, After Effects and for Premiere.
