during import HD2 shows up as camera
Hey in FCPX while trying to import files, my Macintosh HD2 is suddenly appearing as a camera instead of a device. It wants to load every file individually instead of showing me my folders. Is there a way to change it back to show up as a device?

Do you have a folder on there that makes it look like its the folder structure of a camera card? Like a DCIM folder at the root?

I guess i must have, i put everything on that hard drive in a new separate folder, and that has fixed the issue. Thanks!

Thank you for this response; it cleared up every problem I’ve been having since updating FCPX. Removing the files from the camera structure solved them all.
