DSR-1500 Says deck OK yet I can’t keep control
So I am using a G3 laptop, with a DSR-1500A,
Trying to digitize to the external firewire
It says deck OK
I cannot control the deck?
I have firewire going from deck to computer
USB from computer to drive

G3 ? avery slow system. Do you run FCP 4.5? I think you’re still on 3.0 using 9.2 System. Perhaps the codec for the deck is not there. I need more information about your mac.
