My dsr 11 finally conked out on me, and Im having a hard time locating one since their discontinued. Is there a new model out that does SD Pal & NTSC that people are now using in place of?

    Thanx,

Have you tried eBay? There are four available on there when I just did a search.

I am looking at the HDV1500 which is a lot more $ but does HDV as well as all flavours of DV.

Sony M15U. it’s the HDV version of the same deck. All the exact same features of the DSR-11, but it also support HDV.

We have two of them here and they work just fine.

if your not looking for a HDV deck, you might want to try the DSR-25. thats what im currently using and like it better than the DSR-11 because you can access the menu’s w/o the remote control.

    hmm… I wonder what this button does…
