    Hi,

I gave a Gini rig. Verry nice but I have a couple of questions.

Firstly what is the best way of attaching a microphone. I have a attachment for a monitor but the thread is the same size as the one on a tripod. Is it possible to get a ring that converts this tripod size to a mick clip size.

Secondly any one know anywhere in the UK I can get a 15mm 4″ rod from?

    Ben

    Hi again Ben !

You could also try Half Inch Rails’ for 15mm rods, they are in Cornwall (Shoot35 are in Kent). I think Url is https://www.halfinchrails.com.

Thanks, I ended up getting various bits from America. But thanks telling me about HIR, looks very reasonably priced. Shame Gini don’t do spares. For some strange reason they don’t seem to have anything listed on there eBay shop, hopefully they haven’t folded.
