Hi hi! I just got a job and I’m shooting with the 7D. The person asked me to shoot at 1920 30fps and give them .mov files. I can’t give them the actual files(although I know it’s just a .mov wrapper) since I have to sync the footage/audio in premiere pro, but my question is, what is the best output settings to use if they asked for .mov files? I couldn’t find an output that gave me 1920×1080 output, so is there one that would be best for me to output as? I have a feeling the client might not be able to answer this in terms of specifics. Thanks!

Is the client on Mac or PC?
Output at a high resolution intra-frame codec.
If on Mac with ProRes installed, I can export ProRes 422 HQ.

I’d assume Mac since they’re asking for .mov. Which output would be a good one to choose for high resolution intra-frame? Sorry, am not on the computer right now so I can’t check. Thanks.
