Dropped Frames on Quicktime H.264 Export
Hey guys,
I am suddenly losing frames (kind of?) from my top video layer on export. Basically, on the .mov file, occasionally a frame will half-disappear from my top video layer, revealing the layer below it for just that frame. Here is a screenshot of the instance:
8032_screenshot20140923at2.32.06pm.png.zipI have tried several exports and the frames that come up missing are different every time. I have tried queuing through AME, and exporting straight from Premiere, and it happens with both. It is just a rough cut with no color or heavy effects.
I am working through a USB 3.0 drive and have my scratch disk setup for the drive, I have cleaned my cache, deleted my render files in the sequence, even tried exporting as an mp4 container, and nothing has fixed the issue.

Bit Depth: 24

OSX 10.9.4
2.8GHz i7 Processor
16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
