    Hi there,

We have a set of four fiber drives, which are full. And a set of four HD drives which have tons of available space. The Capture Tool won’t let me capture video (or render effects) to the HD drives!!! I’m thinking it’s a setting issue, another, older project does allow me to capture video to all drives. I just can’t figure out what the setting problem is. Can someone help, please?!

    My Configuration:

    Avid Media Composer v1.3.9

    PC – HP Workstation XW8000

    XP Professional SP1

Xeon CPU 2.80GHz, 1GB of RAM

    Thanks!!!

Have you checked your Media Creation settings? The local drives may be filtered out to force all media to the fibre attached drives.
