There is a Drip Effect in Eye Candy-Nature.
How can I create that effect, runny, dripping text in AE?
    Any ideas?
    Thanks

    Danke Dir.

    Guess, I explained wrong.
It’s more like dripping paint, running paint (on text)

    Hi Heike,

Duplicating your text layer and “painting” your drips with the Distort>Liquify effect would be one solution.
CC Mr. Mercury could also be am option as well as simply shooting your paint dripping along a black board then compositing it on top of your text. The last option I can think of would be to animate a couple of masks to simulate a dripping paint.

Also make a search (Including the archive) for “Ink”. You may find a couple of different approaches.
Without more details or a link to a clip none of us could give you a precise directive though.

    Salut.
    Serge
