I have absolutely no audio sync/drift issues when working with FCE HD 3.0
from beginning to end on my PowerBook G4. Whether I am using the
notebook’s built-in speaker or external speakers, everything sounds great
    from capture to finished project.

The concern arises after I convert a project to a WMV file and play it on
the notebook, using the built-in speaker: audio appears to precede
video by a couple of frames. This occurrence is consistent with all
WMV files played back on my notebook. (I am using flip4mac for the
    conversion.)

The files are created for two primary purposes: client viewing prior to
final approval, or usage on a website. To date, absolutely no clients
have complained about this concern whatsoever, but it still bugs me.

No, I haven’t done the obvious thing yet – check out the file on another
computer. I will do this soon.
