Drawing lines and curves and abstract forms
Hi everyone,
i’d like to know how to draw lines, curves or abstract forms across time in AE. So I’m looking for tips or maybe some tutorials etc…In this (short) reel, there are good examples of what i want :

Many people in the industry use Trapcode’s 3D Stroke to create this effect. Here’s the link:

To draw lines:
1. First, create a solid layer
2. Use the pen tool to create the lines (do a search for Pen Tool for instructions on using, especially on drawing curves)
3. Then the use the Stroke or Write-On effect in After Effects to animate the linesHere are a few tutorials:
