DPX files & EDL – can I do this in FCP?

Hey there

SO it worked now i am ready to just export this as one uncompressed 10 bit quicktime – any advice on how to do this properly – readign manual now but just want to be sure i dont mess it up because the 52 GB folder full of dpx sequence scares me!!

So i just did a test and it looks liek color automatically creating a whole bunch of folders for each individual shot and when i test exporting it out individual quicktimes into each folder as opposed to just combining them all into one quicktime – what am i doing wrong?

I think your suggestions will be very helpful to the independent editors and film makers who are willing to do something independently from their saved money…
