Downloading Motion 5
Hey,
I bought Motion 5. I have already downloaded it on 3 computers and I know that you can only download it five times before purchasing it again. I will be using someone else’s computer soon for about a week and I was wanting to be able to use Motion 5 on it without using up one of my downloads because he will just delete it afterward. Can I copy the program from my mac to an SD card onto his mac? Would that work and if it did, would it count as one of my downloads?

That wouldn’t be a legal usage of your license for FCP X. You’d need to sign into the Mac App Store and use one of your installs or you’d need to have them purchase Motion. It’s only $50….

Well, it would be uninstalled right after I was done using it. I know it would be illegal, but I think that, if it works, it should be okay for a day or two. Do you know if it would work?
