download without displaying text files that are inside the DVD

I put a file into the dvd with the DVDROM checkbox selecting the Disk and it’s ok. I add a menu that with a DVD@ccess opens automatically the file, and it’s ok.
But I can’t do it with files different from .pdf and .jpg. I need to do it with textfiles (doc, txt or rtf). If I register in pdf a text file with textedit DVDSP doesn’t make the connection.
I really need to connect a button (or a menu) to text files but without displaying them, only downloading on the hard disk when a user is on a computer. Just as the links to download on a normal website, but the files must be inside the DVD, not on internet. I must have the possibility to download without having a connection to internet.
Is it possible? And if it is, I need a script? I never studied scripts.. If it is a script, how is it?
