Downconvert on Avid or Kona
Hi,
I have project edited as DVCPRO HD 1080i50 and I need to downconvert it do DigiBeta.I have 2 solution:
1. to export it as QT and then send it to other production company and than they will downconvert it on Avid. But, for this I need some kind of Avid codec for FCP. They told me I can google it, but I didn’t find it.
2. I have 2 Macs, one with Kona LHe and the other one with Kona 3. Can I rent DigiBeta scope and downconvert it with Kona?

The Konas downconvert beautifully. Either one will work fine.
