DOUBT….. Three models Hardware Nitrix DX
Hello
i have a question for us.
I going to buy a second hand nitrix dx hardware … But i see that there are various models: in one the nitrix logo appears to the right and another model left … And there is also a model with the avid logo, but the liters of nitrix dx do not appear.Could you tell me what is the most modern model of these 3?
And if the nitrix dx hardware works with avid media composer 2019
What version hardware is better? 7020-20084 or 7020-30008

I wouldn’t buy one, they are outdated and dont work very well with newer versions of the software.
We are replacing them with BM mini Monitors. Much better response and are cheap enough to replace if they fail, though none of ours have failed, unlike the nitris boxes.

Off the top of my head
1st gen Nitris DX
2nd gen – same as 1st w/ undocumented internal change AFAIR.
3rd gen – possible to have AVC-I Intra codec board native (only helps if you capture AVC-I SDI baseband. Does not affect file ingest).In general, get the higher model # as it would be newer (7020-30008). Though that cannot vouch of actual usage hours.
