  Dotted Lines in Illustrator So Frustrated

  I have been designing a logo for a client that requires a dotted line. It is a circle with a dotted line. I will attach a photo. For some reason, I keep getting these little marks in the dots and I am not sure how I am getting them and I can’t figure out how to get them to go away. Please help!!!!
