  Does The Sony HandyCam SR12 Work With Final Cut Pro

  I am currently working in the newest version of Final Cut Pro, I was thinking of going to avchd and I saw that the Sony Handycam SR11 works with Final Cut Pro but I see that the SR12 is a much better buy for me but I looked it up and it didn’t look like there was much support for it, does anyone have experience with the SR12 and Final Cut Pro if so does it work and is there any work arounds if not, my system is

  Apple Macbook Pro
  17 inch
  2.5GHZ
  500GB 7200RPM Drive
  4GBs Of Ram

  If you could please help that would be great
