Does anyone know what this transition is?
Does anyone know what that plugin is used at the 25 second mark where the frame skips? It’s throughout the video but I figured that would be a clean part where it was visible.

All I see is a cut to the shoes, with an overlay of light leaks leading up to it and if you step-frame the previous few frames, it’s backed-up one or two frames every three or four going forward, about three times.
