July 6, 2016 at 3:26 pmHere are some quick tutorials I found from Googling variants of “after effects audio wave”:

The one tutorial I thought of off the top of my head was from Video Copilot: https://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/audio_to_animation/
If you watch those, and get a feel for how they work ya’ might be able to adjust some of the settings to get them close to what you want.
For the other effects, you might try Googling “After Effects particles” and “After Effects rumble.” I noticed a couple of hits that might be close to what you might want.

July 6, 2016 at 10:54 pmIt’s trapcode Form plus Soundkeys (soundkeys is not an actual effect – it just generates keyframes based on audio. Form is the actual effect that creates the line).
If you don’t have those two plugins there is probably a way to do this by hand. You can use “Audio Waveform” to generate the line and tweak it until it looks like that. Otherwise there is a free version of soundkeys that I found many years ago called “Spectrum Analysis” – it’s an animation preset with some genius expressions. I just googled around and found this page which presumably has what you need: https://bootstrapstudio.com/spectrum-analyser-in-after-effects/
