Does anyone know how to get rid of gray vertical bar infront of 00:00:00

September 14, 2016 at 10:34 amTry resetting the layout to default, shift -z to zoom to fit and also check that the first clip doesn’t have a hidden L cut before 0 by expanding audio components.

September 14, 2016 at 11:45 amI tried both. Didn’t work. I even tried resetting to factory settings, that didn’t work either. I could have swore that bar wasn’t there for the past 2 years lol

September 15, 2016 at 3:37 pmI’m using FCPX 10.2.3. As far as I know, that’s part of the interface and can’t be changed. I don’t know if I remember when that wasn’t there. I agree that it does look like wasted space, but until you mentioned it, I haven’t really noticed it.
