  Does anyone have any idea what this screw from a C-Stand is for?

  I had an Avenger C-Stand with an Avenger arm attached to a Matthews Quaker clamp that was holding a collapsible background. I did not have any sandbags attached and it fell over and a screw came out (see attached). I can’t figure out where it goes and I just want to make sure that it will not make the C-Stand unstable with sandbags.

  Anyone have any idea?
