Does anybody know if this effect can be done with Sony Vegas?
It in tons of movies and I don’t know how to achieve doing it myself.
It’s usually when you make the effect that your video is messing up.
Specially if you’re doing a hand held camera type video.

Use the Sony TV Simulator effect starting with the Bad Sync preset and make it as bad as you need.
