Long time since I used trapcode form, thought I would check here if this effect is made with a newer technique? The idea is that there is a raster of outline dots. With a black/white precomp, such as fractal noise, I would like to animate the stroke thickness of the dots

You could try Kangaroo* for repetitive works (Native to Australia, but not native to AE)
