I have several hundred subtitles I need to super over a 60 minute spanish film for a USA broadcast. The file given to me looks like this:

    /tc 00:00:58:04 00:01:00:17
    What can I say…
    after having found excitement,

How do I import these text files in any program that will create something I can use in Premiere without having to retype all 499 subtitles?

I will buy a program happily if it will help. Does Lemony do this?
