Do you have AJA presets available in Premiere CS6?
I don’t and I’m not sure if I should. CS5.5 had them. I’m wondering if this is why I can’t capture to available codecs on my system.

Answered my own question. The presets are no longer needed.
I still would like to capture to available codecs that I have on my system.
