Do too many sequences in a project slow it down?
I have a project file I’ve been working on forever. It has many, many sequences in it. The project file is now about 125 MB.
FCP7 has been acting a bit slow lately for me. Might too many sequences and too large a project file slow it down?

Yup.
Duplicate the project, not the sequences.
