    Hello All 🙂

I have a BMD HyperDeck Shuttle 2 and it records uncompressed and in the DNxHD (220 I believe) codec.

I can import, play and edit the files just fine, but there’s no Sequence Preset for this codec.

    Q) Is there a preset somewhere?

    Q) What settings should I use to get the best results with these files?

    Thanks!!

I’m going to guess that you’re capturing uncompressed or QT wrapped DNxHD as Premiere Pro does not playback MXF DNxHD in CS6.

In either case, you’d have to make your own preset as there are not built in presets for this kind of material. It’s pretty easy to do though.

    Hello 🙂

    Thanks for the input.

Yes, the Shuttle 2 records in either uncompressed or using the DNxHD codec in an mov wrapper.
