DivX Issue
Hey,
I have transfered DivX encoded video from a hard drive which was taken from a helmet camera. I believe it was encoded by windows media player. When i open the file i can view it in Quicktime or FCP but when your try to view the footage both QT and FCP will force quit.
Any thoughts?

Divx is not an editing format, it’s a finishing format. Convert the file to something else before trying to edit.
