  • Distorted audio after rendering

I’ve been using FCP7 for quite some time now and never had this problem until recently.. I render the audio for my clips and when I playback the rendered clip there is a portion that has distorted audio. The original audio is fine but after rendering I get a loud, static type of noise. It isn’t like that throughout the clip either, just at random points.

Mp3 audio has actually worked and rendered fine. It only seems to happen with clips that I film (24 bit 48k).
