  • Distort Effect won’t apply to adjustment layer?

Posted by James Niebauer on June 25, 2011 at 8:15 pm

This has been asked before but not answered. I am motion tracking a face to a null object. Both position and rotation. Then I created an adjustment layer and parented it to the null object. So far so good. The adjustment layer follows the track. But when I add the liquify effect to the adjustment layer. The effect does not follow the track. It stays in one spot. Why isn’t the liquify effect applying to the adjustment layer. I’m sure it’s a simple thing I’m not doing but I can’t figure it out. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
