Display Problems
I cannot see the “frames” of the event both on the timeline and in the trimmer. The pic event is simply light blue and the audio is white. I can see the video in the preview window when I scrub the timeline and the trimmer, but my events are blank! What did I do to produce this? thanks

Where are the source files from? What codec do they use? Do you have that codec installed? (you should)

John, two things have changed recently: 1) I didn’t re-plug the drives that have my source clips were on; and 2) I installed more RAM. Is it just a matter of re-aligning the different drives drives to their former letters or pathways? Thanks

Yea, I would start by getting the drives plugged in back in the proper order.

It’s not making a difference where the drive is plugged into. Still getting black events on timeline and trimmer line. Suggestions?

Did you ever figure this out? I’m sorry to say that I am out of ideas. Maybe post a screen shot for others to see? I can imagine how you can not see frames in the timeline and trimmer yet you see them in the preview.
