Display photo name
Posted by Themitchx on December 12, 2005 at 12:32 amHi
I am using SonyVegas 6 to create a photo slideshow – is it possible to display the name of each picture as a caption? I don’t want to do it manually as there is over 400 pictures. Alternatively, a number somewhere just to identify which picture we’re on at the moment?
Thanks in advance

December 12, 2005 at 3:44 amDownload the most current version of Excalibur and check out the new “Quick Labels” tool. You can find more details by clicking on “What’s New” at https://www.jetdv.com/excalibur
This will let you label them all in a matter of seconds.

December 12, 2005 at 3:48 amYes, but if you want a different caption for each picture, you will have to do each one manually. I just did one for myself on my vacations, and what I did was add text, then used the pan/zoom to bring it up on the screen from below, then let it stay on the screen for all the following pictures that I took during the Alaska trip (even if it was going through Canada), then had it slide off the screen during the last pic.

With the Excalibur 4.6.2, do you get the training DVD with it? If not, where can I order the whole package?

Thanks for the info. Do you know if the evaluation demo is fully working? I’m asking becuase $100 is quite expensive for a one-off exercise – this is not something I’m going to be using regularly.
If it’s not – is there an alternative way? All I really want to do is put a caption up with an incrementing number on each of the photos in the slideshow.
Thanks
