Display current frame rate?
I’ve been looking for some application for work which displays the frame rate on an uncompressed video, for it to show if the content recorded can keep a steady rate or if it drops in certain scenes.
More to the point it’s for video games, such as if a game can keep a locked 60 frames per second or does it drop in specific areas when there’s a lot of movement and action going on screen.
Heres a video example:

See to the top left corner it has 30.0 but now and then it would drop to 26.0 or 24.0, I’m looking for something in that can detect dropped frames.
I’ve looked for quite along time on Google but can never find anything, is it possible to do something like this in After Effects or any other programs?
Thanks to anyone who can help,
