DISK LOCKED error message
I’m trying to open up a project in Avid Media Composer 5, and I keep getting an error message. When I open it, it says that the project can’t be opened. When I ask for more information, I get the disk locked error message. I inherited this project from a client, so I have no clue as to the origin of this problem.
Does anyone know what’s going on how I can unlock the project?

If anyone in the future is interested, I figured out the problem. It’s because the external HD I received was PC formatted and I’m working on a mac. I downloaded the program Paragon which allows my mac to read PC drives.
