I’ve long been a fan of Boris, way back to days when Graffiti was king and came integrated with Media 100. I was very happy when Boris pulled Media 100 back from the abyss.Their support has always been professional and personal.

Bearing all this in mind, I am shocked at their lack of comment on the future of Media 100. If they discontinue the product I wont like it; but I respect a business decision. I can then go on and explore other options for the future.

The people who use their products are professionals who need to make money and map out their future business plans. I think these users deserve a statement from Boris about their plans with M100 anything else is just inconsiderate.

Andy, have you tried contacting Boris or his office directly? I suppose someone should so we have definite information rather than rumours. Maybe we should depute our fine friend Floh to undertake official investigations.

That’s good, let us hope that he does at least keep Media 100 going, even if it is not widely used. Can’t understand why it does not have a wide user base as it’s still a wonderful, versatile editing tool. Andrew, how do I post a few words on that Facebook thread, I can log in but can’t see a ‘post’ button?

You should now be able to post – your join request was waiting approval, but I’ve approved it now, so all should now be fine, =). Go ahead and post to your heart’s content, =).
